text-align: justify;\">A financial assistance of \u20b9300,000 (effective from February 22, 2024) is granted after death to the nominee or legal heir of an employee who passes away while in service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Submission Deadline: The following documents must be prepared and submitted to the Board within 60 days from the date of the employee&#8217;s death.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Required Documents<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">1. <strong>Application Form:<\/strong> An application in the prescribed format (Annexure V), countersigned by a government officer not below the rank of a Taluk-level officer who holds administrative control over the institution, along with the office seal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">\n2. <strong>Official Report:<\/strong> A report and recommendation from the Department Head or a District\/Taluk-level officer certifying that the employee passed away while in service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">\n3. <strong>Board Resolution:<\/strong> A true copy of the Managing Committee&#8217;s resolution requesting the Additional Registrar\/Secretary of the Welfare Board to grant the financial assistance after death.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">\n4. <strong>Death Certificate:<\/strong> A copy of the death certificate attested by a Gazette Officer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">\n5. <strong>Legal Heir ship Certificate:<\/strong> A copy of Legal Heir ship Certificate duly attested by a Gazette officer<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">\n6. <strong>Service Details Report:<\/strong> A report from the Chief Executive certifying the employee&#8217;s date of birth, date of joining service, and official retirement date.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">\n7. <strong>Consent Letter from Other Heirs:<\/strong> If individuals other than the applicant are recorded as legal heirs in the heir ship certificate, a consent letter from the other members (attested by a Notary Public) must be provided.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">\n8. <strong>Consent Letter from Other Nominees:<\/strong> If more than one person has been designated as a nominee, a consent letter attested by a Notary Public from the other nominees is required to allow the applicant alone to receive the financial assistance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1200\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/download.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"22\" height=\"22\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/web.cdit.live\/kscewb\/?page_id=31\"><strong>Application Forms<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
